Where is all the LED Christmas yard art?

My wife is telling that I'm acting like Scrooge because I refuse to buy any of those wire-frame deer/Santa/sleigh/trees until they come out in LED.

Well, I'm sick of chasing down burnt out bulbs or open circuits on these things. In the case of open circuits, never even finding out where is the problem, but just spending my time chasing my tail trying to get these things to work.

We all saw LEDs start to show up in light strings last year. Now, I figured we would see some yard art, but there isn't any. WTF?

You do realize that the string lights that are on these hideous figurines are custom made, with lights spaced at certain distances and branches for appendages?

I imagine after stringing one of these things by hand it would look like psychopath had tied a pair of shoes and would look like the animals were trying to exhibit their intestines.

Besides, after stringing these 200 bulb monsters by hand, trying get all of it looking proper and ship shape I'd probably want to stick an icepick in my eye.

Who the hell wants to put $100 in the yard that some hooligan can just up and smack with a baseball bat? I'll wait til December 26th and get all that stuff for 70% off.

$30 is a lot easier to lose than $100.
