Where is a good website to get a logo created?

I've just tried webhostingtalk.comand I got some message that said I was only allowed to post once every seven days!!! I have been a member for over a year and I have 100++ posts.

Sitepoint.com doesn't seem to be up to the par it used to.

Yeah because a logo contest for your flavor of the month website is stupid. Most people won't work hard on something unless they are for sure getting paid.
