i don't understand the in out thing, but is that a simple splitter?

there was a place where a client of mine bought a bunch of them once, they were cheap too.
 
Just a FYI, i found that dongle!

I just called visiontek and asked for one and they have it shipped today.

I'm happy. He said some of the ti4600's didnt ship w/ them so therefore its free.
