I need some grade 8 metric bolts, but around here all I can find anywhere are SAE bolts. I need 12mmx1.75 pitch.. 4 bolts that are 81mm long, and 4 bolts that are 103mm long. Is there somewhere on the web that I can get them? These are for the rear control arms on my 88 Mustang

Edit: spelling

Our Ford parts department has all the grade 8 bolts you'll ever need. Your local parts dept should, too.

You can order them from us HERE if your local dealer doesn't have any.

I see you're in NC, there's a place in Raleigh called Wilder's, they sell nothing but nuts and bolts. I haven't been there in years, but I assume they're still open.

Interesting.. my local Ford dealer said they didn't have them nor could they get them. I'd love to check out that place in Raleigh, but that's about 6.5 hours away! Thanks for the help, I 'preciate it.

Just check you local auto parts store. Most carry nuts and bolts too. I also can go to my local ACE hardware store to get high grade metric bolts. Metric bolts are not graded the same as SAE bolts. You'll want 8.8 or 10.6grade mettric bolts.
