Where in memory are 32-bit device drivers stored?

Its a question in my A+ book. But I thought that 32-bit OSes store this kind of drivers in registry and initiated when needed?

And another question is:
Name a device most likely to be controlled by system BIOS?

THIS ISN'T homework, I am studying my A+ independently, my book isn't the greatest. You want to help, help? You don't want to, you dont have to POST!

I apologize for that, Ireally do. I thought if I did that, someone could have said these are different topics. It's a loose loose.
Besides he could have said that if it was his issue.

While you're reading, you might want to read the opening post to this section. Maybe you'll then figure out by yourself that this isn't the right place to post homework level questions.

Besides, at least half of your questions are solved by sitting in front of a Windows computer and poking around in device manager a bit. I said that already.
