Where I work I rarely catch anyone surfing the net...

... while I constantly surf the net while I'm working and I'm afraid I'll get call in one day for surfing too much. I get all my work done and even when I'm busy, I usually manage to surf some time away (usually, I'll have a browser up and ready to click into the background) but when it's slow I have a hard time not surfing too much. What's the situation where you guys work?

i surf all the time and don't give a sh*t. i spend a lot of time here because the grey colors are kinda like camoflauge

For the past 8-9 months I get about 4-6 hours of surfing in each day at work. My boss don't care (that and he works about 10 miles away). I get my work done and the people I support love me.

My first 1 week 2 days @ new job. I was probably on a total of 3 hrs those days, and 2.5 were fact finding trips. I had to stop by AT
