i need to find the fourm rules cause i got 2 posts blocked from off topic in 2 min. lol. plus they were kinda off topic. (not the last one lol)😉

The second one, because it was wrong forum. That kind of thing is done via Forum Issues (here) and PMing a moderator.

The firefox one, I have no idea. Maybe it should have been moved to Software?

the firefox one shouldve been fine. i honestly didnt know it was software or what else fo the matter. i know thats kind of sad but still. lol. 🙂

Any program you run on a computer is software.

No, both threads were in the wrong forum.

wrong forum = moved

Depends on how the thread is handles. Civilized responses.

Possibly it can be up to the request for a lock/move to the Mod. And the Mod mood.

LOL
Since when?

Occasionally mods will be kind to a n00b and move a thread to the correct forum. I had that done for me once when I was but a wee lad. 🙂

Mostly though, its just a lock.

The Firefox Sucks thread is not really civilized, and they moved it from [wherever it was] to Software. 😉

Found it strange that it was moved out of OT, to software.
