Where I can purchase the following items?

I started putting together the components I purchased in my case which is a full tower (7bay) by Super Micro.
Here's a link to the case: SC760-A (ATX)

Anyway... I stuck the DigiDoc in the bottom slot so I can hook up all the chasis fan/sensor easily, then I got
the CD-RW and PC-DVD in slot 2 & 3. The fourth one will be the Live! Drive and finally in 6 & 7 are my SCSI
drive in HD coolers.

So 1) I need long rounded floppy cable (36" should be long enough right to reach the drive at the top of
the case?), 2 ATA 33/66/100/133 for the CD-RW/PC-DVD and Ultra SCSI 160 - 68 pin cable to reach almot to
the top of the case.

2) I'm looking for some thumb screen for case, PCI slot and drives (those are fine thread right?)

3) If there's no 36" rounder floppy cable, is there any adapter to connect 2 smaller cable?
