Where I can find out how much of a difference CAS2.0 makes?

I'm looking for benchmarks on CAS2.0 versus 2.5CAS ram modules, I'm wondering how much of a difference there is.

I've run Cas2 and Cas2.5 in my current system and only notice the difference in benchmarks. But if you add a little performance boost in many different areas it quickly adds up.

from personal experience, i had hardest time figuring out why my radeon 9700 pro only got 14,000 3dmarks.

then i saw that i was running at CL3.

so i switched it to CL2.5 and instantly got 15,500.

i'm sure CL2 would do even better.

unfortunately 3dmark was the only thing that changed
