Just saw McCarthy on Fox News. He's trying to get Bernie Bros riled up by claiming Pelosi withheld sending over the impeachment to the Senate so Biden would have an advantage in the Iowa Caucus by Bernie having to be in the Senate for the trial.

This is because Sanders just took a narrow lead in the Iowa polling and what better time to start stirring the pot to get the Bernie supporters to not vote for the Dem candidate in the National election. I'll admit, Republicans are the most diabolical politicians to roam the Earth. I just hope the Bernie Bros don't fall for it this time around.
Of course, the host used the words collusion, etc. to make it stick in the viewers minds.

If Bernie ends up losing, whether it’s in Iowa or the primary, I fully expect Bernie bros to use this as an excuse.

Unfortunately Bernie pros are the equivalent of trump supporters.

How I wish this weren't a true statement. I voted Bernie in the 2016 primary. His Bernie bro supporters make me seek out other candidates.

Cult of personality? Say it ain't so! Not nearly all who supported Bernie are like that, of course. And never mind that the situation applies as much to Warren as to Bernie.
 
The right and the center have destroyed American Democracy. A revolution from the left is needed in my opinion. Those who agree with me may feel that the welfare of the nation is on the line. When such great moral values as when the value of one's country are at stake, I would expect to see some radicalism on the part of believers. Not everybody sees that humanity is asleep and can awaken only one person at a time. And some beliefs, like some opinions, are surely closer to real than others.

I have yet to meet a warren supporter so I can’t say that about her.

I see nothing wrong with being enthusiastic about ones preferred candidate, it’s when they start ignoring logic or making things up that changes them from fan to fanatic.

The problem with that thinking is that you are essentially trading one ideology for another. Eventually you’ll end up in the same place and you’ll be looking for the newest buzz. It also forces you to require purity tests for your politicians, especially when you aren’t getting the results you want.

If by 'you are essentially trading' you mean, people who believe wind up doing as you describe, I agree. If by 'you' you meant me, than I would not have added that people can awaken only one at a time. I think the whole problem of belief changes character when you don't believe you know anything, when you have died to them inwardly. Beliefs are unconscious assumptions we have we don't even realize are there, the worst of which is ego identification with what we believe is the good. As children we believed in nothing at all but we were happy. All that is still there waiting for the death of the false self.
 
Sowing dissension among the Democrats is a ploy straight out of Putin's or any other tyrant's playbook, minus the actual message sending murdering of opponents as it were.

Wouldn't at all put it past Trump and his lackeys if they knew they could get away with it. Trump has proven beyond doubt he's just that kind of guy because he's been attempting to use the Putin model of attaining and keeping a grip on power from the day he applied for the job.

And dangerously so, he has the support of millions of like minded disillusioned propagandized cult members to back up his play.

Republicans are obviously terrified of Biden. As indicated by Trump doing crime stuff to get dirt on him and now this. Joke's on them since everyone I know would vote for a potted plant over Dump. Hell, I'd vote for Gabbard over him.

The history of violence, terrorism and murder is on the Rightzi's side, not the Liberals.

they project what they do onto their enemy, this makes it then ok to continue doing whatever horrible thing they do. From packing courts to killing people.
