Where has all the DDR3 2400 CL9 memory gone?

Seriously I need to ask this question. Three or four years ago, there was no problem finding memory that met those specs. There were press release after press release from all the major memory manufacturers showing off their 2400 CL9 memory. Yet today, the only manufacturer that even lists a 2400 CL9 part is G.Skill with their F3-2400C9D-8GTXD memory, but no one sells it (out of all the sites that sell G.Skill memory in the USA, only AVADirect even has a listing for it: http://www.avadirect.com/product_details_parts.asp?PRID=26789 and as you can clearly see it states "This items is not available and is shown for informational purposes only").

So what happened to the 2400 CL9 memory? Especially in light of the Haswell memory testing, the 2400 CL9 was pretty much in the sweet spot for best performance. Yet, nobody sells it anymore.
