where does virus email go?

I have Notron Antivirus 2k2 /w Outlook xp
I've recieved two emails with virus recently
when I clicked send/receive email, warning poped
it said virus found etc etc...
then it said can't repaire
and only button I could click there was "quarantine"
after I clicked that, nothing happens and I dont know if the email had been deleted or where it went to
it's not in inbox
any idea?
