Where does this Sunon fan comes from?

I got this fan from my dealer in Malaysia, and this seems a little weird..

the model# is KD1208PTB2, but it is rated at 2.4W, yet the same fan i compared with in newegg (same model number) is only rated at 2.1W.

Another point...my fan has a 3-pin connector, n the newegg one has the normal molex.

Anyone else has this? opinions?

Sunon is a supplier/manufacturer of fans to many different OEM's, not just dealing with PC's but also with industrial applications. That said, they make a ton of different models of fans. Different countries may have access to different models. Don't assume that Sunon only makes 2 or 3 different models of fans in each size.

yeah i agree with that...but why on earth is that the model number is the same when both fans are rated differently?

Perhaps different regions get different fans but get the same labels?
