If it doesn't belong to part of an existing sentence, I'd say option B. But I wouldn't use parenthesis at all if this verbiage is for anything formal (for customers, etc.)
WTF?

First you say (without capitalizing the first letter), "if what's in the parenthesis is just a clause - and the period belongs at the end of all of it...", then proceed to ignore your own advice by leaving no punctuation at the end of your last sentence!
My mistake... there should be a period at the very end of my initial post. It's not like I'm writing anything formal here... I didn't even capitalize my first word in the post... I don't double check my posts here.

WTF is the point of correcting somebody... with mistakes in the explanation?

I'd honestly like to know the correct grammar and punctuation usage, and that kind of crap just confuses me even more! :p

if I had purposely put that parenthesis in there to show correct usage, then yes I'm not explaining anything because I'd be purposefully contradicting myself. But I didn't put my parenthesis in there as an example... I just slipped.

Heh, do as I say, not as I do, I guess.

Hey no offence, I'm just joking around, but I honestly do have an interest in this topic. I'm slowly making up for all the joking around I did in school, rather than actually learning shlt!

Option A: We do not sell a computer equipped with less than 512MB of memory.

That look's a little better to me.

I think A looks right.. Is that right?

You can pick a 1 gig or 512 MB of memory(We don't sell any computers with less than 512MB of memory).

BY ITSELF:

(NOTE: We don't sell any computers with less than 512MB of memory.)
