Where does programmers notepad 2 store user settings about tools ?

Hello, i am using programmer's notepad 2 as the editor for the free ARM gcc suite i am combining.

The program W-ARM i am working on is called from the tools menu option in programmer's notepad 2. I am overlooking something because i have trouble finding out where to find the tools settings of programmers notepad 2. In which file does it store the user information ? Does it store this information in the registry but encoded ? I have looked but have not found it. I also cannot find anything in the documents & setting user folder.

Does anybody have a clue for me ?
