Where does everyone go to get their oil change in the car?

My cousin is ASE certified, and his garage happens to be right down the street from my house. So I take it there.

Yup, I just drive over to my parents' house (they've got ramps). I use the following: Castrol SynTech or regular Mobil oil 5W-30, a socket wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil storage container (which I later bring to Murray's to dump), an oil filter, and lots of paper towels and newspaper.

I've got it down to about a 30-45 minute process. It feels great to do such vital maintenance so cheaply.-

Don't have the tools or the inclination to learn how to change my own oil. I let Firestone or the car dealer change it.

Dealer or sometimes a chain like Jiffy or Indy if they aren't crowded.
Used to change the oil in my Jeep myself but haven't actually changed it myself in years.

Any real reason or just a hatred for Walmart?

My driveway.

yep, doing one today.

hey, me too. Nice day for it too.
It's nice and warm here, but it's raining. I wanted to wash my car and vacuum the interior, but I am scared to bring an electric vacuum out on the wet driveway. :Q

Used to do it myself, but figured the time and effort wasn't worth a few bucks, so I take it to a GoodYear garage nearby.

My neighbors yard. I keep telling him he needs to take care of that dead spot in his lawn.
