Where does Android store desktop shortcuts for Chrome

Where does Chrome store it's desktop shortcuts for Android 5.1.1 ? I need to move a shortcut over from a old phone but cant locate the folder.

No, definitely not bookmarks. In Chrome, you select Add to Home Screen, it creates a icon which is a shortcut on your homescreen to that web site. Want to know where does it store those icons.
