dont use irc so i wouldnt know about that...however i did find some funky stuff a couple years ago on morpheus...didnt think much about it til after 9-11...would p2p probably be a good thing for them????
 
Paltalk I'm sure is one of them, there are tons of Middle East chat rooms on there, where they're all speaking jibberish. They definately should monitor those chat rooms if they're not already.

Yup, I'm pretty sure they chat over Kazaa by putting text files (generally notepad but be on the lookout for wordpad) in their shared folder.

But they are encrypted. To get the decrypter, search for "Gay Porn" under videos. I'm not joking. They hid it there so no one would find out. It is a very big file... I think over 50mb's. Download and execute and it makes all Al-Queada files readable.

I'm sorry it was difficult to discern the original poster's sincerity given that he stated "it would be cool to go and watch." In that case yes lets all give serious answers based on facts which cannot be verified as to where al qaeda chats on the internet...

I forgot, they are not Al-Quaida members or terrorists by any means. A couple of them are pretty nice guys and more than worth having a discussion with. Some are into the anti-American rant mode and have been for quite some time. Those are the ones that are impossible to have a discussion with. They will insult you, call you names and take high offense if you correct them on any point.
So be nice, be polite, it is their board and that should be respected.

not to mention their lack of debating skills. typing in all caps and denouncing you by calling you names and evil seems to be part of the culture. its sad they fit the stereotype of crazed arab terrorists crazily yelling epiphets.
 
I have to say that the time I spent on that board did not improve my image of their culture. Perhaps it is just different but I have never been treated that rudely on any other board when I was only trying to have a polite discussion. I was lied about, my posts were changed into hate-filled messages that I would never have written and so forth.

I do want to emphasize that not all of them were like that though. I enjoyed discussing issues with a few of them.

i am sure there are people there that are complete jerks and some that are quite nice...just like AT...I just hate it when people make assumptions about us as a country based on propaganda....either way...its passed my bedtime.....NITE!

I am going there to have some discussion. I am going to try to avoid a fight as much as possible. I am actually interested in talking to a people who have a VASTLY different point of view than mine.

So I will be as courteous as possible, don't fear. And I probably won't stay long. But naturally, some of what I say will evoke a nasty response 😛
