Where do you put What on your HD for performance?

looked over at storagereview.com and the results are shocking with the transfer rates being twice as fast on the outer zone as the inner zone e.g. 30MB/s down to 15MB/s
so is the first partition on your drive on the outer like vinyl, or the inner like CDs?

looking at figures like that one above i think this might be a big overlooked issue. and BTW i do believe in partitioning drives, so no reactionary nonsense please

first partition is at the outer edge which is fastest for data transfer!
