I don't back-up. Anything important enough like setup files, I put on floppy if it fits. If not, I just download it from the internet. Don't really have any files I need to guard with my life. Worse-case scenario, I just reformat;) -kd5-

Zipped on my Zip drive, on my "storage partition" and and one copy on my back-up H/D...

Don;t need encryption, or a fire-safe...

Tax Docs, financial data on disks goes into a firesafe...nothing that can't be recycled after 3 years though.

porn doesn't need to be backed up. just find it again on the internet :p Documents/programs for school and such i hang on too. In a year or so they end up on a cd in a spindle of "past backups"... so if i ever need it, i go hunt for it.

Well, I have invaluable work data, I think I'm going to get a fire-safe media chest. I was reading up on it and the normal firesafe chests go up to 350F internal, which would melt the CDRs, the more expensive media chests keep it under 125F
