got mine from ebay, you just gotta buy 20 pounds worth...and it tastes nasty as #&($*& the first time but you get used to it and its actualy tasteless to me now. But good whey protein. If you look on ebay you shall see, as i wont link to ebay.

I would never shop anywhere for protein besides the 2 sites that I gave you. I wouldn't give bunk advice and I don't like to see people flush their hard earned cash.

I had some trouble with heat damage with online shipments. Last few times we picked stuff up at Heavy Metal Barbell in Kaimuki. A little pricier but worth it IMO.

Added: I am going to try AlltheWhey soon, too. My friend (in Honolulu) says he gets it from them and it's good.

whats wrong with that place? their muscle milk is only about 14.50 and shipping is about 5

I've been going there for over 20 years (when they were on other side of Waialae). I think they are pretty good and you can tell most of the staff live the lifestyle (unlike the GNC guys :laugh: at Kahala)

Nobody on earth should get muscle milk...

The stuff has more fat and saturated fat then a bowl of icecream, and you actually get more protein per serving with ON 100% whey.
