Where do you go to get passports?

My passport expired 3 years ago, and it turns out I'm going to need it Spring Break. I have no clue where I got it. Do you go to the Post Office? Thanks in advance.

If you're in the US go to the Immgration Office.

Get your picture done (prolly already have) and go down to the main Post Office.

What other stuff do I need besides the photo? Is my old passport enough or do I need to bring my birth certificate?

Go to your main postoffice. Your old passport is the best thing to take when getting your new one. If you don't have passport photos, all AAA offices are set to make them and the charge is nominal. They do them to the correct dimensions etc.so I always get mine done there. Passports cost more now but they have a ten year life.
