I use recipezaar and I guess I should try Food Network.

I'm watching the Iron Chef America Tofu episode and it looks SOOOO good and healthy!

It is my friend, but recipes need to be, well, tried and true. I don't want to just do some random recipe or something.

-Take 8 sun dried tomatoes, puree
-Add two teaspoons of salt, one freshly ground tablespoon of pepper, and freshly minced basil
-Simmer on low for 15 minutes, or until sauce thickens
-Slowly pour over roasted baby bunny
-Drizzle and serve with fuzzy gravy

I usually Google a few of the same recipe, then pick out the best parts from the bunch.

I get my recipes from cooking forums (or knife forums with recipe sections) and recipe books recommended by people from those forums. Most of the people on those forums are professional chefs, so their own recipes are always good and the recipe books they recommend are too.

another vote for allrecipies. I have a subscription to Cooks illustrated as well, but that can get pretty advanced.

The users on knifeforums.com have posted some good recipes and also some good links to good cookbooks (they have an "in the kitchen" section to discuss kitchen cutlery, but they also have a recipe section in there as well). Foodieforums.com is also good.

I have downloaded recipes from torrent sites--I have a secret recipes thing that is just text files--my wife used to make McDonalds biscuits for me and we have used Google for Don Pablo's Queso dip and Hooters wing sauce. I have found shareware recipe books, too.
