Where do you get those platic/rubbery strips that you protect wires on the floor with?

I've been looking for those things that cover wires that you have running on the floor. What do you call them and where do you get them?

Depending on where you are, sometimes long, narrow throw rugs look better and serve the same purpose.

I got a roll at Office Depot. They sell it in the Furniture section.

Please be aware that it's not a good idea to throw a rug over extension cords or other wires that conduct electricity. That's how electrical fires can get started. For low voltage wires such as Cat 5 or Cat 3 that's no problem but I wouldn't advise throwing a rug over an extension cord.
