Chicago, for sure. Gino's East, Uno's, Edwardo's, and Giordano's are all great places.

I have to say, when I made a trip to Chicago I made a special stop for a Chicago style deep dish pizza from a local pizzaria. Good lord, that was tasty. Given, I could barely eat more than a slice (it's quite dense), but I've never had pizza nearly that good before.
