I wished i knew... heck, i wouldn't mind paying a premium for low carb bread. You'll need to bake your own if you want low carb bread with low carb flour.

Why didn't you just start an "I'm going on Atkins" thread instead of making two separate threads? Are you going to start a new thread each time you look for some other mutant food?

you should just stick to high-grain bread, the carbs in there are much healthier for you... if it's got the consistancy of woodchips then it's good for you. dont be eating that high processed crap known as white bread

High-grain sourdough is about as good as it get's...

Sourdough lowers the GI, the fibers fills your tummy and lowers the GI too, it's not the carbs you should be worried about, it's the insulin response they elicit...
