where do you find a Mobo serial number?

if you mean the board's revision
by looking on the board it might be written in small print
or in the manual they usually issue a manual that goes with the board's particuar revision

serial number sounds like something that would be on the price tag or box

If you're referring to model # & revision # its normally on the edge of the pcb or between the pci slots or some such place. I'm not familiar with that model though but you could also check the box if you have the origonal box.
 
It should have a sticker on the bottom of the ISA slot with the serial #. It's likely about 10 digits and starts with 2010.
