Where do you eat for Breakfast?

Only thing I don't eat at home for breakfast would be something I can't ordinarilly make or make well... meaning omlets and french toast... meaning ihop :)

At home, on the couch. I usually have either oatmeal, yogurt and fruit, or egg and toast.

Breakfast

where: work
what: 1 grapefruit, 1 apple, 1 pear, 1 sprig of grapes, 1 snack packet of baby carrots, 1 glass of OJ, 1 cup of coffee, black.

Lunch (3 days/week)

where: work
what: choice of either a) one serving of tuna salad & crackers with juice, or b) one serving of beef jerky with liter of bottled water

2 days of the week I eat out for lunch :)

cereal (something with oats or wheat)
or cream of wheat

or yogurt with granola.

and always a banana.

Toast with Strawberry Jam and new balance spread (two slices) and about three cups of fresh ground purchased at costco, starbucks french roast.

I eat it right over there... where I'm pointing.;)
