Yes they do. Just print out the shopping cart, and they will give that price, as long as it's less than 7 days old. I've done it that way for the past 2 years.
 
i think there are shady online dealers who sell cheap disposables without prescription verification. i forget where though.
i order mine from 1800contacts.
