I need to buy concert tickets soon. Where's a good place to get them from online?

Whoever the venue or act links to. I've never gone to a show that had tickets sold in multiple places (excluding second hand off stubhub or something like that).

Places to try:
Livenation
Ticketweb
Ticketmaster
Stubhub

Ticketmaster. I don't know of any other means to acquire most tickets first-hand. Just gave them $25 in service charges for 2 tickets...

I usually go to venues in Philly that have a box office, which allows me to avoid paying the Ticketnazi service charges.

Usually the Box Office if it's a "big" enough place to have one, otherwise if a band is playing at a back room of a bar or something, usually they'll have someone at the bar collecting the cover charges. I tend to like smaller shows.

I also use the Box Office only. I refuse to use TicketBastard for anything. Could get a couple extra tickets for all the "convenience" fees they charge. Never knew it was so convenient to get screwed up the ass.

This, except not in Philly.

Ticketmaster charging me 40% of the ticket price is just too much. They're one of three companies I don't give a dime to unless I have no other choice. Best Buy and WalMart are the other two.

I go to the venue's box office if possible, otherwise it's whichever online place they've partnered with.
