Where do you buy CA name license plates?

BTW that one in the picture is kinda old....we don't use blue/gold anymore.
 
NO! NO! NO NO!!!

These are small novelty plates with your name like MIKE, JOHN, JANE, etc. They are usually on a spinning rake with lots of people's names, so you can buy your name too. I want to put it on the back of my pocket bike. They are not for real vehicles.
 
ohhh, there's most likely a place at your local mall that sells em... i've seen them at the block of orange.. that toy store in there, forgot what it's called...

at the mall, they are sometimes sold on those carts
