Where do we report phishing spam about ebay?

I keep getting an email asking me to "verrify" my ebay account.
It seesm i should report this to my ISP, Ebay, and some national organzation, right?

report it to who? there are millions of those floating around everyday, who is going to check on a million phishing emails a day? just delete it and forget about it
