there's also a form called Schedule A Misc. Itemized Deductions Statement



I cannot find this for download... anyone?

the instructions book for Schedule A&B don't even talk about this statement..


yet my family member who paid an account to do her taxes, got this statement as part of her package...


it looks like it's used to fill in lines 20, 22, 27 OF the schedule A
