Where do these people get all these dell coupons!?

Well I am trying to get some video cards from dell so I can use my Dell Prefered Account. I looked at all the coupon sites and none of them have any I can use. On ebay, though they have NUMEROUS coupons that you can "buy". Where do these people get them? How can I get some without having to pay 5 bucks...

Dell rocks, I dont buy computers from Dell but my 2005fpw widescreen monitor i paid $359 with free shipping in the summer is sweet.

That really depends who you are buying for. And yeah, although I don't own a system from them, I too have a sweet monitor purchased through them. Educate yourself instead of just jumping on a bandwagon, or at least provide something to back up your statement(s).

I never saw a videcard coupon, persay, but I've seen a good number of "category-linked" coupons over at RossMan's.
