Where do I start to learn how to Flash?

I really want to do somethng else with my pc other than game
Thinking about making some animations using flash. Where do I start?

Go to Macromedia and use their online support. There are bunch of Flash tutorials there. Also, you can use the included demo in Flash to learn as well.

Also www.FlashKit.com and once you know enough to ask specific questions, Google.

Once you start having questions, you could also write them down, go into a Barnes & Noble, and see which books answer them. Buy the book that answers them best.

Here's another vote for Flashkit.com

Through their open source section and message board, you'll find TONS of info, and dozens of links to some very informative sites (actionscript.org, for example, if it's still up).
