Where do I place bit-map for enabled "full screen logo" in bios?

I have an ASUS A7N266-VM/AA mainboard with bios 1007 installed. When I enable "full screen logo" and reboot nothing different happens.
I would like to install and display a custom splash screen for when I boot. I don't want to display stuff about the motherboard.

Thanks.

So, either I or someone else, meaning ASUS, have to do the embedding. How in the world is that done?
Is there software that can reverse engineer a bios so as to give me a clue?
I have two copies of the same motherboard, one of which is unstable and had been slated for disposal. I can mess with the bios and finally try it out on that one.
I'm gonna google this topic and see what comes up.

Mainboard makers and their OEM customers use a special integration tool that encodes the image, and merges it into the BIOS ROM binary. To do this, you need to know what format, size, and color depth the image must be - and even then, about every other time you fsck it up such that the board won't POST.
This is not end user territory - at least not if you're not comfortable with removing the BIOS chip from the board and sticking it in a programmer machine to revive it.

I just completed an email to the asus tech support for directions. I'm sure they wouldn't like to encourage this activity as it would just take them time away from solitair. ;)
I sure wouldn't want to buy such a machine although it probably would be fun to mess with. If I can use a program to look into the bios that I've downloaded and muck around that would be cool. Maybe I could find a bios with and without that embedded image and compair and contrast. I might be able to figure it out. Would there be an assembler that could reverse the machine code to assembly?

Some newer boards do support "flashing" a chip on the board with a new picture ; my board came bundled with a software from Winbond that allows that. I can put any picture I want during the POST sequence (as well as sounds).

However, I just went to the Asus website, I found the manual for your motherboard and didn't find a mention of a splash screen, or logo, or whatever. I guess the choice might have been left in the BIOS by mistake. There's a post on the Asus forum asking the same question, with no answer.

The feature on my board is called "ASUS MyLogo2".
