Where do I go in W2000pro to selective turn off startup programs?(ICQ,KAZAA,etc)

I have been using this exe program called msconfig for my windows2000 to check only the items I want to load at bootup. But for whatever reason the exe file is now giving me errors every time I try to use it. It isn't a application so I can uninstall it and reinstall. Either I need a different program or the real way to affect way loads in 2000 boot up. THanks.

MSCONFIG is not included with Windows 2000.

You can do it through the registry or do what I do and use the awesome program powertools from this site.
