Where do I get SM Bus Controller driver?

When I uninstalled XP SP2, I got a message that the SM Bus Controller driver was missing. I can't find the CD that came with my motherboard and don't know what software to look for on Intel's site, if that's where it is.

I did download something called infinst_enu.exe because I thought it might enable USB 2, since all my USB ports are currently USB 1. Will it do that?


I have a D865PERL motherboard that I got about 6 months ago. I think the chipset is 865PE.
