where do I get pocket outlook?

I've seen pocket outlook mentioned on various pocket pc sites, but how do I get it? it isn't pre-installed on my 1910, and it's not on the included cd. do I download it? do I buy it? google turned up nothing to answer my question
 
I'm not sure there is such a thing. I know that PPC will only sync out of the box with Outlook, and not Outlook Express. But I dont know anything about Pocket Outlook
 
there is a pocket outlook, I've even seen it mentioned on the ms website as well as elsewhere. but when I search there now, it doesn't show up
