where do I get language packs for IE/windows xp?

I figured this would see more action in OT than software....

Where can I get a German language pack so pages/words IN german will show up with the correct letters? Right now, some letters show up in friggen Korean or Chinese or some asian language, and others in various other languages/fonts/etc, and I don't know how to fix this. I'm trying to look up lyrics but the German letters are showing up funny.

Anyone know? TIA. (yes I searched google already, I could only find them for Mozilla/Netscape, and individual apps)

Right-click -> Encoding

Select one of the Western European options. Also, check your Regional Options in the Control Panel.

It doesn't work. I've already got it set to Western European/Auto-Select, and they still show up all messed up.
