Where do i get Integrated Circuits?

Hey guys, i kind of narrowed my lcd problem and am sure it is a problem with the eeprom/firmware/integrated circuit chip.
I need to replace it but i dont know where to go to do this.
The Chip is on main controller board and it is removable. Philips logo - SAA5562PS - is the integrated circuit type.

Anybody have any leads, any ideas where i could get this. You think i could call up Dell to get this part if anything. Maybe someone out there has a w1700 that does not work.
