For $20.00 you can buy this: Link which is made for Playstation 2 but works like any other S-Video splitter. It comes with a nice long cable to hook the main S-Video / RCA jacks up to your TV but you have to provide the rest of the S-video connections. Works great for me because the nameplates included are mostly for video-games, so I have my switch box all labeled (DVD, Playstation 2, Dreamcast, and X-Box).

Just realized the link I gave you is for a newer model than the one I own. The model I own was also $19.99 but it only offered 4 connections into 1 S-video port. This unit isn't out yet (1 more week) but for the same price is a good deal! You might be able to find my older model with 4 inputs cheap if stores are clearing out the older model. I bought mine at CompUSA but you should be able to find it at stores that carry Playstation 2.
