Where do I find outlook express.exe to make shortcut from?

I have Windows XP and Office XP on my laptop. When I'm using outlook and I view newsgroups it uses outlook express...so I know outlook express is loaded. But somehow I lost my outlook express icon and I just can't find out how to replace it. It's nowhere....not in the Start|Run menu or on the desktop. And when I search the C drive I can't find anything about outlook express. So where is it? And how can I get back the icon?
