Where do I find "kill process"?

??? :confused: You know, when you kill a process or a process tree, something has to run after you click it right? What is that process, and where the hell is it? Can I run it from "run"?

No... I'm talking about once you got into task manager, right click on the process, and either "end process" or "end process tree", what is the executable for running them?

For running a program that you killed? Whatever program it was that you killed.

edit: as in kill.exe comes along and kills the frozen wmplayer.exe process, and then kill.exe ends. What is kill.exe if it exists and/or how does the dilly-o work?

Now I get what you're saying.


there is a program called kill.exe that will kill a process by the pid. google it. Not sure what windows uses.

There is no program that actually ends the task. It's just ended.
