So I just realize that my Kenwood deck is HD and Sirius ready. I'm already hooked up with Sirius, as for HD Radio, do I have to get something else or just an HD antenna? And where?

there is no such thing as a HD antenna. its a marketing scam. any antenna will pick up the hd signal.

HD radio is an mpeg stream that is broadcast right along with the analog signal.
Your regular car antenna will pick it up just fine.

So the stations that I'm hearing, even though has the same frequency numbering are in fact HD? Why are there static noise?

Do you know what the difference is between an antenna and a receiver?
The digital stream is broadcast along with the analog signal. You need a digital receiver to decode the digital stream. You are still listening to analog radio.

I think the previous posters aren't giving you the full story or are confused. Your antenna will receive the signal but you need a HD tuner. Your radio is "HD-Ready" which probably means you need the KTC-HR100.
