where do i find a bootable win98 files?

Im trying to install win 98/winme on an older laptop. Spare me the winMe lecture 🙂

The laptop has no floppy. I cant fint a website that has a bootable Cdrom.
 
yeah i actually found that on my own. But after i boot to the disk The PC does not see any drives. I tryed C-I I dont get it.
 
If you create a bootable win98 CD in Nero or EZCDcreator, Put a bootable win98/ME(created from within Win98/ME) floppy in the A drive and it will copy the files from that to the CD you are creating. That is how i did mine. Works great.
 
yeah i did that exactly how it says. But its not letting me choose a drive or to look in the DIR of the winMe cd. I can see the DIR of the bootable cd.
