Oh, and by the way, you guys don't like these new maps because they are indeed complex, and you haven't played them enough yet to get to know them. After you've played them at least a half dozen times or so, maybe even 3 full games you'll have a better feel for if you like it or not. de_dust2 is a little too complex - I have played it a lot in the past 3 days and there is too much too it.
de_inferno on the other hand is an EXCELLENT map. It's great. cs_thunder is good too, a very large, well designed map. There was a bug in de_inferno where you could get a boost when you spawned as a T on the boxes to the right (spawn point) and go up on the roof. I and a couple other guys emailed Cliffe (CS Developer) and the bug is now fixed
I actually still have the old version, which was released in hlds_l Counter-Strike 1.1a (not 1.1b).
