Where did you mount your rheostat in your sx10x0?

I have 3 rheostats and 3 switches to install and I am looking for options of places to put them and how. I was thinking in one of the drive bays but if I mount the rheostats directly on there the door wouldn't be able to close. So I would have to figure out a way to make it mount further in. I was also thinking about flipping around the drive bay cover and mounting in there but the problem is getting the cover securely on and getting everything in the small crevices... Ideas?

I have two different Rheostats in my SX830 and just installed them into my empty Cd drive bay. I have room for one more, which I am in the process of buying, so it can fit at least 3 comfortably, more than likely four. I just drilled a hole in there and used my pocket knife to cut off the plastic that comes up and broke the little metal piece on the Rheostat so it lays flat. Then just put them in and put the front on first and installed the drive cover after. Looks and works great.

I have two rheos and a switch mounted in the bottom 5 1/2 inch bay in my sx1000 case and it closes no problem. There is a lot more room between the bay and the door than it looks like.
