At a bar. We had been good friends for a few years and when we were both plastered and making out at the bar we figured something was up.

How'd the friend feel about that? I had a buddy in HS whose sister and I had some kind of chemistry, but never did anything under threat of violence.

Why?
1) Because I was sick of bars.
2) and got my first ever love letter written to me by an anonymous person I never met. It was awesome till I got half way through and it said "I'M GAY" and it was signed by Pete.
3) Not marrying a no-professional. Why waste more time?

(2) caused me to flip out and (1) helped out also.

Conclusion:
1) happily married with a 3 week old baby.

Set up on a blind date by a guy I was working with at the time (and his girlfriend). We had a double-date and we just hit it off very well! 🙂

Anyway, I met my wife on Match.com believe it or not. It actually works.
 
we go to the same church .. she was hanging out with my brother during my sr year of college. when I came home for spring break, I hung out with my brother and she was there .. we hit it off pretty well. starting dating when I graduated ... been just about 3 years now.
 
met her in middle school, then hooked up with her for good after high school. That was almost 20 years ago and we are married now with kids.
 
at a bar. he was a friend of a guy my friend used to date. i was so drunk i just went up and introduced myself and started talking.
 

At her best friend parent?s restaurant (Chinese/Viet) and she was the exotic dish that caught my attention at the buffet.
