http://www.ilovefreesoftware.com/22/windows-10/specify-maximum-physical-memory-used-windows-10.html
I hit Winkey+S, type "msconfig", hit Enter, and viola... it focuses on my open Task Manager Window, on the Startup tab???
How do you set max physical memory usage or core count in Windows 10 anymore?
Edit: Found it. Needed to highlight "apps(1)" in the list of possible search results, which then popped up another list, and then System Config was there.
